- All returns must be in the original packaging. Items with damaged packaging will not be accepted.
- You must call Trio Safety CPR+AED at (844) CPR-CLASS to receive an RMA number and instructions on how to return the item(s).
- The merchandise must be complete and include all accessories and manufacturer documentation.
- You will be responsible for shipping and shipping costs to the Trio Safety CPR+AED returns department. Trio Safety CPR+AED will not be responsible for the shipment of returned merchandise.
